Role Overview

As a key member of the logistics team, you will assist the Shift Manager in conducting daily de-briefs to uphold exceptional standards of customer service and ensure compliance with all operational protocols.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily de-briefs, documenting any service-related issues or failures and communicating them to the customer service and management teams.
  • Investigate and escalate any driver non-compliance issues as necessary.
  • Utilize company software to monitor performance and provide support for on-road challenges as needed.
  • Ensure that all returned items are processed according to standard operating procedures.
  • Perform additional de-briefs as required.
  • Download data from handheld scanners daily, reporting any faults or issues.
  • Accurately code all returns.
  • Conduct ad-hoc vehicle audits as needed.
  • Manage POD and address data entry tasks.
