  • Facilitate team development and maintain effective communication across shifts

Essential Qualifications:

  • Electrically qualified technician with experience in food production environments
  • Background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
  • 60/40 split in electrical and mechanical expertise
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to varying temperature conditions
  • Proficient in computer use and capable of interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Trained in Health & Safety and Food Hygiene protocols
