Renewable Energy Construction Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Hunter Philips Executive Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex EPC projects in the renewable energy sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams, including consultants, contractors, and service providers.
  • Report project status to senior management and the Project Steering Committee.
  • Implement anti-corruption measures and ensure transparent reporting.
  • Facilitate internal communication and coordination across teams and departments.
  • Organize project meetings, document minutes, track progress, and manage project budgets, payments, and documentation.
  • Support tendering processes and manage design inputs for projects.
  • Utilize internal tools for payments, project tracking, and risk management.
  • Contribute to the construction of wind, solar, and battery storage projects while maintaining high environmental and HSE standards.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in Construction Management, with a proven track record of managing complex EPC projects.
  • Fluency in English for all written and verbal communications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
  • Clear understanding and knowledge of HSE.
  • Proficiency in quality control and compliance.
  • Effective progress tracking and reporting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Logistics:

  • Employment Term: Minimum 12 month contract.
  • Working Arrangement: WFH with 1 or 2 days travel required to site per week.
