**About the Role:**

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civils Site Manager to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • **Key Responsibilities:**
    • Manage and coordinate site activities, including planning, organization, and control.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including TP137 and HSG47.
    • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.
    • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Monitor and control site costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including site diaries, reports, and documentation.
    • **Requirements:**
      • Proven experience as a Civils Site Manager or similar role.
      • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • **Desirable Qualifications:**
        • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
        • HSG47 (Health and Safety in Construction) certification.
        • Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator certification.
        • NSI8 Full certification.
        • First aid certification.
