Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to become a vital member of their planned maintenance team. This role is essential as they embark on several new projects in the region, focusing on both internal and external maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Site Supervisor, your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing subcontractors and direct labor personnel
  • Leading the site team effectively
  • Ensuring project delivery aligns with specifications
  • Managing a team of direct reports, including Resident Liaison Officers and administrative staff
  • Conducting pre- and post-project inspections
  • Implementing health, safety, and quality assurance checks

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven history of managing and executing planned maintenance projects successfully. Required certifications include:
  • SMSTS/SSSTS/CSCS
  • First Aid Certification
  • Asbestos Awareness Training
