  • Planning and Response: Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits in your area, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Stock Management: Maintain your stock levels with support from the Stores team, ensuring you have the necessary materials and equipment to perform your duties.
  • Training and Development: Attend training sessions as and when required, to enhance your skills and knowledge and provide the best possible customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend Engineering team meetings as and when required, to contribute to the team's efforts and stay informed about company initiatives.
  • Personal Development: Identify any personal training and development needs to help you provide the best possible customer service and contribute to the company's success.

Systems and Technologies:

  • Intruder Alarms: Galaxy, Texecom, and Aritech systems.
  • CCTV Systems: Hikvision, Axis, and generic analogue systems.
  • Access Control Systems: Paxton, BPT, and ACT systems.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV systems, and access control systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
