About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Government Facility Services Ltd. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine electrical maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and modifications as required
  • Work collaboratively with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of facilities
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Two years' experience working in a role as an electrician
  • Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical systems
  • Good working knowledge of planned preventive maintenance operations
  • Electrician qualified to C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
  • 17th or 18th Edition
  • Certificate in BS7671
  • Good Health & Safety knowledge
  • Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
