About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team at Intaso, a leading provider of cybersecurity services. As a key member of our Security Operations team, you will play a critical role in protecting our clients' assets from advanced threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Response: Respond to alerts escalated by other analysts as the technical point of contact, conducting quality assurance of investigations and notifications, and providing guidance to junior team members.
  • Threat Hunting: Perform in-depth analysis and investigation of potential and confirmed security incidents, engaging in threat hunting activities across various environments.
  • Log Management: Manage log sources and resolve log-related issues, fine-tuning security platforms to reduce noise and false positives.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and refine security operations playbooks and processes, improving processes for monitoring and incident qualification.
  • Client Communication: Present updates and conduct briefings for clients, responding to incident escalations and providing recommendations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in security operations, with a strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and system administration (Linux, Windows, Mac).
  • SIEM Expertise: Experience with SIEM solutions, including onboarding, tuning, reporting, and configuration, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to train and coach junior team members, with a strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
