About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand our market share.
  • Manage and control the branch's profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a strong background in insurance or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
