Clinical Engineer

The NHS Golden Jubilee is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Engineer to join our team in a state-of-the-art centre of excellence. As a Clinical Engineer, you will provide technical support to a range of clinical services within the framework of an ISO 13485 Quality Management System.

• Repair, maintenance, and calibration of a wide range of electromedical equipment as part of a formal medical equipment lifecycle management system.
• Provide technical support to clinical services, ensuring the safe and effective use of medical equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff on the use and maintenance of medical equipment.

• High level of IT literacy.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Registration with the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM).
• Experience in a related field, such as medical physics or biomedical engineering.
