About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Audit professional to join our team at Willow Resourcing. As an Auditor Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the compliance of our clients' financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned, scheduled audits of all relevant policies and other controls for our clients and their network of Appointed Representatives (ARs) and Introducer Appointed Representatives (IARS).
  • Provide written audit reports to the Board as well as periodic Management Information (MI) to the Head of Compliance.
  • Devise and document an audit manual, audit schedules, audit coping documents, audit reports, and other evidence of governance and compliance.

Working Arrangements

You will split your time between working from home, working from our office, and working on AR and IAR sites. This is a hybrid working arrangement that offers flexibility and work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Experience in Compliance Audit in the Financial Services arena.
  • Knowledge of audit governance, including the creation and maintenance of audit manuals.
