About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and assertive Personal Assistant to support an individual with Autism in various aspects of their personal life. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient and understanding, and have experience in personal development and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the individual in building confidence in social situations, particularly in dating and relationships.
- Assist in planning trips and accompany the individual on travels outside the city.
- Help the individual improve their communication skills and offer guidance and encouragement to become more outspoken and comfortable in conversations.
Requirements:
- Understanding and empathy towards individuals with Autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in personal development and coaching.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling personal matters.
