Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Quest Search and Selection Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and maximizing profitability through effective management of staff, inventory, and operational expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Performance: Ensure sales targets are achieved within the allocated budget by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring sales performance.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff to ensure retention and high levels of customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and make key decisions regarding stock control to minimize losses and meet the company's shrinkage target.
- Operational Efficiency: Schedule staff efficiently within the payroll budget and ensure compliance with company operational policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Build customer loyalty by encouraging repeat business and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Experience: Ideally having 2 years' + experience as Store, Deputy or Assistant Manager within premium or luxury retail.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficient in computer skills, with competent use of Microsoft Office.
- Physical Demands: Physically fit with stock areas requiring constant bending and frequent lifting of product up to 15 Kg.
- Working Hours: Flexible working hours between 10am - 8pm.
