Job Title: Senior Account Handler

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Handler to join our team at PIB Group. As a key member of our commercial lines team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing policy events, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to deliver profitable business and exceptional service.
  • Manage policy events, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing timely and effective solutions to clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, working closely with colleagues to drive growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery, effective communication, and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C, including English and Maths.
  • Experience working in the UK insurance market, with a good understanding of regulation and compliance.
  • Real Estate experience is desirable, but we also consider candidates with General Commercial classes of business experience.
  • Excellent client service and administrative skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Computer literate, with experience using MS Office Suite and Acturis.
