Job Title: Automotive Shop Supervisor

Join Sue Ryder, a leading charity retailer, as an Automotive Shop Supervisor in our Exmouth store. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our charity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  3. Work with the local community to generate donated stock and maintain a well-merchandised store.
  4. Recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team, providing leadership and guidance.
  5. Ensure high standards of merchandising, housekeeping, and health and safety.
  6. Manage effective stock processes, including Epos operations.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, promoting the brand and national fundraising initiatives.
