Job Summary

We're seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support our Head Chef in building a kitchen team that delivers exceptional food and service. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll be responsible for training and inspiring your team to achieve high standards, supporting with food ordering and stock control, and ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop your team to deliver high-quality food and service
  • Support the Head Chef with food ordering, stock control, and kitchen operations
  • Ensure that your team adheres to health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve targets and improve performance

Requirements
