This role will work closely with function, attribute, and simulation teams to ensure the most efficient development plan is in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead workstreams within multi-disciplined cross-functional attribute/system teams
  • Manage a team of development engineers at various levels
  • Ensure robust engineering DVP & asset timing plan is in place for all performance-related testing
  • Support the test facility frameworks to reduce cost and increase efficiency
  • Ensure training & development programs are in place for the team
  • Support issue resolution
  • Ensure health & safety standards are met for all testing
  • Share knowledge and learning around subject area with the wider team (attribute and development)
  • Manage team CAPEX & OPEX alongside team resourcing profile
Requirements
  • Experience in vehicle development within an automotive or manufacturing industry
  • EMC development
  • Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • Encourage and promote team culture
  • Actively seek out and implement process improvements
  • Data acquisition experience
  • CAN software analysis & stimulation
  • Willing to learn and adaptable to change
  • Team management experience preferable
