Job Title: Charity Fundraiser

Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Do you enjoy interacting with people and building relationships? We are seeking a Charity Fundraiser to join our team at BRC Promotions.

About the Role:

We are a leading charity fundraising partner, working with some of the UK's top charities to increase their fundraising efforts and spread awareness about their causes. As a Charity Fundraiser, you will be working on the frontline in your local community, raising awareness and gaining support for our charity's regular give campaign.

You will be responsible for engaging with local residents, building relationships, and encouraging them to support our charity's cause. You will also be working closely with our charity partners to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet their fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with local residents and build relationships to raise awareness and gain support for our charity's regular give campaign.
  • Work closely with our charity partners to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet their fundraising goals.
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in a sales or fundraising role.
  • 12 months of experience in direct sales or fundraising is essential.
  • UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work weekends if required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Caring and compassionate nature.
  • Driven and motivated individual with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledgeable about the charity sector and fundraising best practices.
  • Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • £30,000 generous guaranteed salary per annum.
  • Uncapped bonus scheme (OTE £44-£54,000).
