We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the workflow at our facilities in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving issues and serving as a link between your team and senior management.
Responsibilities:
* Set performance goals and deadlines in alignment with company plans and vision, and communicate them to team members.
* Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
* Address employee complaints and resolve problems.
* Facilitate communication between senior management and employees.
* Prepare and submit performance reports and delivery KPIs for the morning review.
* Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures, and take disciplinary action when necessary.
* Enforce all H&S policies and procedures.
* Demonstrate knowledge of company policies, procedures, and legal guidelines related to the press industry.
* Possess strong people management skills.
* Have good knowledge of MS Office.
* A diploma or certificate in first-line management or a relevant field is an advantage.
Benefits:

Working Hours:
* 35 Hours per week, Monday to Thursday.
Salary:
* Circa \u00a345,000 and bonus.
