We are seeking an experienced Heat Pump Service and Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our customers' low-carbon technology, including commissioning, servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Work as part of a team to maintain our customers' low-carbon technology, including Air Source Heat Pumps and other products.
- Support the aftercare team as a second-level technical advisor for all product types to troubleshoot and help resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical advice on all products and assist in the identification and resolution of technical issues by telephone support, email, or direct site contact.
- Advise customers on system setup and operation.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in installation and/or maintenance of HVAC equipment, with a strong background in electrical fault finding and multimeter experience.
- Domestic hot and cold-water system knowledge.
- Post-qualification experience within the industry and appropriate qualifications to work with minimal supervision.
- WRAS Water Supply Regs.
- UHW10/HWSS Unvented DHW Storage Systems.
- Gas safe certification.
- BPEC L3 or equivalent in heat pump installation.
- F-Gas.
- Part L Energy Efficiency.
- Basic salary £38,000 per year.
- Overtime/on-call available.
- On-target earnings £45,000 + London weighting if living within M25.
- £2,500 annual performance bonus.
