Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-quality caretaking and grounds maintenance service to residents, ensuring the estate is clean, tidy, landscaped, litter-free, and safe from hazards.
  • Rotate bins regularly to ensure refuse chutes are clear and bulk bins are placed ready for collection.
  • Take personal responsibility for ensuring the estate is well-maintained and meets the high standards expected by our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the property maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of the estate.

Requirements:

  • Experience in estate caretaking or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work at heights.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (if required).
