Job Overview:
As a member of the Oracle Consulting, SCM team, you will work as an integral part of Oracle Applications Consulting's project implementation teams, with the opportunity to engage across the lifecycle of our customers' Oracle digital transformation journeys.
You will be a self-starter, capable of managing individual work packages, contributing to architecture discussions, supporting pre-sales activities and providing thought leadership on how to get the best out of the Oracle applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- The successful applicant will also be capable of leading UK delivery in the Oracle SCM Applications space when necessary and have a proven track record of consistently excellent delivery. Recognised as an expert and able to contribute to scope, design, configuration and testing in a delivery capacity using Oracle SCM Cloud, the applicant will have the opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile Oracle Supply Chain implementations in the UK.
- Responsible for championing successful delivery of Oracle SCM Solutions and leading Oracle's global clients through their journey to cloud SCM solutions.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Oracle SCM Cloud.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to lead process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on developing skills and expertise.
