Job Title: Supply Chain Hub Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Hub Coordinator to join our team at Autoglass. As a key member of our wholesale business, you will be responsible for engaging with external customers, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and develop the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with external customers to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities to increase sales and develop the business.
  • Hold regular check-in calls with customers to ensure requirements are met and sales opportunities are maximized.
  • Resolve operational issues and price queries as they arise, making follow-up calls to customers as needed.
  • Identify and act upon opportunities to increase sales and develop the business with our wholesale customers.
  • Manage enquiries and sales requests from wholesale customers via voice or online channels.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Experience in a phone-based environment or retail setting, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to work with a variety of departments across the business, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
