Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Mobile Maintenance Engineer with recognized credentials (such as City & Guilds) to join our dynamic team. This role involves executing scheduled Planned Maintenance and addressing reactive maintenance needs at assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include:

  • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance tasks within designated buildings, adhering to specified attendance dates.
  • Updating legal compliance documentation using a provided tablet, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Providing job and quote updates to maintain accurate records in our internal CAFM system, which offers real-time updates to clients.
  • Effectively managing your time and workload while maintaining regular communication with your lead engineer.
  • Participating in a callout rota following a successful probation period.
  • Being available for reasonable overtime as required to fulfill contract obligations, particularly for services that can only be performed outside of normal hours.

Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in general building services.
  • Electrical competence and relevant industry qualifications.
  • The ability to perform repairs and replacements of plant, fixtures, and fittings as necessary.
  • Experience in servicing and repairing onsite equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills for housekeeping tasks.
  • Good communication skills and a basic understanding of IT.
  • A willingness to work overtime regularly to meet contractual requirements.
