LCV Technician Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced LCV Technician to join our team at Theo. As a key member of our motor trade team, you will be responsible for undertaking maintenance, service, and repair activities on light commercial vehicles (LCVs) to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on LCVs, adhering to manufacturer's scheduled times to maintain efficiency.
- Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilized in line with group and manufacturer standards.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy, organized, and safe from hazards to health and safety.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels in a polite and efficient manner.
- Be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are met at all times.
Requirements:
- Fully trained and experienced LCV Technician.
- Ability to work to deadlines and use your own initiative.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (paid as overtime at time and a half).
