Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Business Lead to join the Business Prime Japan Program team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth and strategy for Business Prime in Japan.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Growth and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Business Prime in Japan, focusing on customer adoption, engagement, and retention.
  2. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Amazon Business sales teams in Japan to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively promote Business Prime to customers.
  3. Promotions and Pricing: Work closely with the Business Prime team to design and implement promotions, pricing strategies, and global plan structures that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
  4. Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement, ensuring that Business Prime meets the unique needs of Japanese customers.
About the Team

Business Prime is a paid subscription service for businesses, charities, and government organizations, providing a Prime shopping experience tailored for work. With over a million employees worldwide, our customers range from large government entities to sole proprietors.

Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in product management, sales enablement, product marketing, or other go-to-market roles.
  2. Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements and inform business decisions.
  3. Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  4. Bilingual in Japanese and English.
