Job Summary:

Maxim Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide administrative and legal support to a team of Solicitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including document production, diary management, and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Production: Assist with the preparation and production of legal documents, including letters, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Diary Management: Manage the Solicitors' diaries, including booking travel and organising events.
  • Client Care: Provide excellent client care, including liaising with clients via email and telephone, and assisting with enquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including processing expenses and billing.
  • Reporting: Manage reports and deal with billing queries.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

The salary for this role is dependent on experience, however we envisage this to be in the region of £25,000 - £28,000. There is also a very lucrative benefits package available with the role.
