About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Auditor to join our team at Connect Recruitment. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Internal Audit Manager in planning, executing, and reporting on audits of various business processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our business processes, risks, and controls.
  • Apply the Internal Audit conduct rules, including confidentiality, integrity, competence, transparency, and objectivity.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to analyze data and present findings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in internal audit and risk management.
Requirements
  • Business knowledge and understanding of accounting and operational systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and logically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
