About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Services Coordinator. As a key member of our Business Services team, you will provide administrative and specialist support to our teams across the South West region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our teams, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination of projects and events, including travel arrangements and logistics.
- Support the purchasing process, including procurement and inventory management.
- Champion best practice in business support and provide advice and guidance to colleagues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a business support environment, including facilities or office supervision responsibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with a flexible and customer-focused approach.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize own workload.
- Well-organized and attention to detail.
- Advanced IT skills.
