About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Tax and Incentives Specialist to join our team at TLT LLP. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in providing premium services to our clients, ensuring the advice and support is of the highest quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with Partners in the team and run your own caseload of Corporate tax and Incentives matters.
  • Lead Incentives projects (with appropriate supervision from Partners) and handle client relationships (both internally and externally).
  • Actively engage and drive forward business development and supported in taking responsibility for the development of areas of the practice.
  • Supervise and support newly qualified Associates and Trainees within the team.

**Requirements:**

  • A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), with a broad understanding of UK Corporation Tax, Income Tax, VAT and Stamp Duty Land Tax.
  • A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines.
  • An ability to give succinct legal and tax advice in an efficient manner whilst understanding (and anticipating) the commercial needs and objectives of the client.
  • Commercially aware with some exposure to business development, with the ability to maintain and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Able to develop a deep understanding of your client's business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client.
  • Eager to contribute to our collaborative culture, with an ambition to assist in the development of junior team members.
