Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Design Development: Develop creative and sustainable design solutions that meet client requirements and project goals, working closely with clients, planners, and other design professionals.
  • Design Documentation: Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients, stakeholders, and community members to present and discuss design concepts, providing clear and concise communication.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior landscape architects and other team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of leading projects.
  • Professional Membership: Chartered membership with the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or working towards it.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative design solutions across a variety of project types.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit a bonus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
