Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Associate to join our Outpatient Department. The successful candidate will work within all areas of Outpatients at both sites, providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and support to patients in the Outpatient Department
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
