Role Overview:
As a Senior Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled to the highest standards, aligning with established specifications and performance benchmarks. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional value while maintaining tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the technical, diagnostic, and contract management processes.
2. Lead and mentor a team dedicated to managing and executing various capital and revenue projects, ensuring a superior service for all stakeholders.
3. Implement a consistent contract management strategy, identifying opportunities for enhanced service delivery and cost efficiency.
4. Ensure that all contracts are executed effectively, meeting performance targets and reporting on key performance indicators as required.
5. Assist in the procurement process for contractors and suppliers, collaborating with stakeholders to develop specifications and evaluate contracts.
6. Manage personal injury and disrepair claims, implementing preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences.
7. Exercise financial oversight and budget management to ensure effective resource allocation.
8. Foster a culture of performance excellence and customer satisfaction, delivering high-quality services consistently.
9. Contribute to the development of financial models and forecasts, including scenario testing and sensitivity analysis.
10. Support the Asset Data Team in gathering and analyzing property-related asset data, aiding in the identification of future capital initiatives.
11. Participate in the asset and maintenance planning cycle, contributing to strategic organizational development.
12. Serve as a point of escalation for resolving complaints related to maintenance works.
13. Be available for on-call duties as part of a scheduled rotation.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing a diverse portfolio of properties and associated budgets.
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations relevant to the construction sector.
- Ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Experience in performance management to enhance team productivity.
- Commitment to fostering a high-performance environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.
