Role Overview:

Sales Colleague - Peak
Currys is a leading retailer of technology, and we're looking for a Sales Colleague to join our team. As a Sales Colleague, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and supporting our customers in achieving their technology goals.

We're a team of passionate and dedicated individuals who are committed to helping our customers enjoy amazing technology. Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include Saturdays and Sundays. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally between 9am and 8pm, but will vary locally.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Colleague, you'll be responsible for:

  • Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
  • Making every customer interaction memorable.
  • Offering support services like delivery and installation, recycling, and ways to pay.
  • Contributing towards the overall sales performance of the store.
  • Working across different departments and product ranges.
  • Supporting with the running of the store by completing operational tasks.

We're looking for someone who is approachable, friendly, and keen to learn about the latest technology. You'll need to be comfortable achieving personal sales, service, and customer experience targets, and be a strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team.
