Job Summary:
Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Neuro Rehabilitation team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with individuals with brain injury and complex needs, providing specialist neuropsychological assessments, formulating and implementing plans of specialist psychological treatment, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic and rehabilitation interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to inform treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, making adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in neuro rehabilitation psychology
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Experience working in neuro rehabilitation settings, either during doctoral training or post-qualification
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
