Requirements

  • Proven track record of billing success within a 360-recruitment position
  • Knowledge of the accountancy market is advantageous but not essential
  • Passionate about exceeding targets and reaching goals
  • Commercial, innovative, and ambitious
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Customer-centric and able to deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications and Experience

  • ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience
  • At least 3 years of experience within practice
  • Experience as a Semi-Senior or Senior accountant within practice
  • Experience with Iris and cloud software such as Xero/QuickBooks is advantageous
