Job Summary:

Foundation Personnel Limited is seeking a skilled Traffic Marshall to join their team as a Site Safety Specialist. This role involves managing site entry and exit, directing vehicles, and ensuring the smooth flow of traffic around the construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and manage the entrance and exit points of the site to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.
  • Direct and guide traffic to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with site safety protocols.
  • Assist with deliveries, ensuring vehicles are safely guided in and out of the site.
  • Maintain clear communication with site supervisors and other operatives to ensure a cohesive and safe working environment.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, particularly in relation to traffic management.
  • Carry out general site duties when required, including maintaining site cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
  • Traffic Marshall certification (essential)
  • Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall or Gateman on construction sites (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of site safety and traffic management procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with the site team.
