Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt and management of materials and sub-assemblies for multiple construction workflows.
  • Design and build full tool mechanical infrastructure from individual spools.
  • Work from design drawings and coordinated BIM models to ensure accurate installations.
  • Track and resolve rework requests, generating materials and labour estimates as needed.
  • Address material quality and specification issues on site.
  • Set up site engineering works, review technical drawings, and accept installations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to ensure they meet project specifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues on site.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Team to generate test plans and sign-offs.
  • Work closely with site construction teams to deliver quality installations throughout the build process.
  • Operate in a fast-paced equipment facilitation and installation environment.
  • Work in controlled environments and cleanrooms.
  • Attend quality meetings with management and subcontractors, reporting on quality.
  • Meet tight schedules and deliver requirements to the satisfaction of the Leo Lynch management team.
Candidate Requirements
  • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent (BTEC Level 3, HNC/D).
  • SSSTS/SMSTS certification.
  • Experience with EIDA is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
