Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Office Angels. As a Creative Marketing Manager - Luxury Products, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase market share and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the brand messaging across all platforms and materials, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Create engaging and educational articles, promotional pieces, and detailed product copy.
- Develop promotional content and imagery for various platforms, including training and company presentations.
- Create a yearly marketing plan with a budget and manage its execution.
- Coordinate the workflow of the marketing team and provide weekly updates on progress.
- Maintain and update the company website with new products and technical data.
- Collaborate with the product team on product launches, creating campaigns that engage customers.
- Organise and manage exhibitions and customer events both in the UK and overseas.
- Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Liaise with lighting designers and customers to gather project images.
- Manage award entries and stay connected with the lighting industry and its events.
Requirements:
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Proven experience in understanding and articulating a brand's position across various platforms.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Photography experience is a huge plus.
- Attention to detail and a sense of humour.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, In-design, Photoshop, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
