Financial Administrator for Independent Financial Planners

NJR Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Financial Administrator to join a well-established firm of Independent Financial Planners.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Administrator to provide administrative support to the Financial Planners, ensuring that customer service is of the highest standard and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities- Process new business, client valuations, and illustrations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Obtain current fund values for investments and create reports for customers, meeting their expectations.
- Support the production of pensions, life, and investments valuations and quotes, adhering to established procedures and formats.
- Contribute to the organisation and planning of administrative tasks, introducing new procedures and making best use of resources.
- Manage the distribution of customers' letters of authority, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely information.
- Undertake general administrative duties, such as scanning, filing, and preparing letters, to ensure deadlines are met and records are maintained.
This role requires a high level of organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.
The successful candidate will have experience in administering pensions and investments, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
