We are seeking a skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our vibrant, 24-hour hospital for a 12-month maternity cover position. As an RVN who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing emergency cases, inpatient care, and assisting the vet with treatments and procedures.
Key Details:- Position: 12-month FTC Maternity Cover, Out of Hours Registered Veterinary Nurse.
- Shifts: Two night shifts per week (6:45pm - 8:15am)
- Support Team: Work alongside an experienced Veterinary Surgeon and Veterinary Care Assistant - No lone working.
- Facility: Modern hospital with bedrooms provided for resting during quieter shifts.
Our hospital covers OOH for 10 Vets for Pets practices, managing emergency cases, inpatient care, and assisting the vet with treatments and procedures. With an average of 4-8 inpatients per shift, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Benefits:- Salary - £21 per hour
- Two days paid CPD with no financial limit
- Opportunities for additional training, certificates, and learning new procedures
