Primary Responsibilities:
Instruction and Teaching:
Design, prepare, and conduct stimulating lectures and hands-on sessions in Mechanical Engineering for students at Level 3.
Revise and enhance course materials, lesson outlines, and assessments to align with educational and industry benchmarks.
Employ diverse teaching strategies and resources to cater to various learning preferences and capabilities.
Student Engagement and Support:
Offer academic assistance and mentorship to students, guiding them toward their educational aspirations.
Track and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance outcomes.
Create a welcoming and inclusive educational atmosphere that promotes student involvement and interaction.
Curriculum Enhancement:
Work collaboratively with peers to assess and improve the Mechanical Engineering curriculum.

Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
Experience in teaching Mechanical Engineering at the Further Education level or equivalent.
Desirable:
Higher-level qualifications in Mechanical Engineering (e.g., HNC, HND, or degree).
Experience in curriculum design and assessment development.
