Care Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional and practical support to clients, assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and food preparation.

• Assist with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment as required.

• Report any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client to the Registered Manager.
