Asset Documentation Specialist

Holmen Board & Paper, a leading Swedish company and member of the Holmen Group, is seeking a skilled Asset Documentation Specialist to join their Projects Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and updating engineering maintenance information and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and develop the Mill asset management system, including documents, equipment, parts, and routes for modifications.
- Issue asset numbers for new equipment in line with company procedure.
- Generate maintenance routines for integration into the asset management system and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Assist with the planning and organization of modifications where required.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of the Windows Office suite.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, with further training provided if needed.
- Ideal experience in the Paper and Board or other heavy engineering/process industry.
- Appropriate training in Health and Safety (IOSH).
