A prominent service provider operating on a global scale is in search of a proficient Multi-Skilled Engineer located in the Hertfordshire region for a temporary engagement within a healthcare facility.

The working schedule for this position is Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, offering a competitive hourly rate of £18.40 through an umbrella arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responding to maintenance requests within the healthcare setting.
  • Utilizing plumbing and/or electrical expertise.
  • Performing general fabric maintenance tasks throughout the facility, including but not limited to replacing taps, washers, flushing systems, and changing light bulbs or sockets.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Experience with planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
  • Knowledge in plumbing and/or electrical systems.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment or similar commercial setting.
  • Strong client-facing skills.
