Position Summary:

  • This role is not about integrating your existing strategies into a pre-established framework.
  • Instead, it offers a unique chance to collaboratively develop a new high-frequency trading business line and benefit from its future success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee high-frequency trading strategies aimed at maximizing profitability in selected markets.
  • Work in close partnership with the executive leadership to enhance and refine the trading infrastructure.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market dynamics in Asia, India, and CME crossover markets, executing strategies that align with the firm's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience as an HFT Portfolio Manager in Asian, Indian, or CME crossover markets.
  • A minimum of 5 years in high-frequency trading, ideally with a background in developing trading platforms or strategies.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit, emphasizing long-term strategic thinking.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
