HR Generalist

LHH is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a proactive HR Advisor to join their established People Team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation journey in a diverse working environment.

1. Build strong relationships with the management team to support them on all employee relations matters
2. Collaborate with managers and leaders, using your communication and influencing skills
3. Support the development of impactful HR initiatives, leveraging your vast generalist HR experience
4. Lead the redefinition of people processes across the employment lifecycle, ensuring fantastic employee experiences
5. Utilise your technical skills to ensure data accuracy and regular reporting
6. Manage multiple priorities with exceptional organisational and time management abilities

1. You have excellent knowledge of UK employment law
2. You have previous experience handling ER cases and prioritising your workload
3. You are an excellent communicator and possess strong stakeholder management skills
4. You are a team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach
5. You have a curious and credible nature, along with an eye for detail
6. You are proficient in using HRIS systems and have strong IT skills
7. You have a continuous improvement mindset and strong organisational skills
