Protection Broker Role

Our client is a reputable financial services provider, specialising in offering tailored insurance and protection solutions to individuals and businesses. Based in the North West, they pride themselves on delivering expert advice and providing access to a wide range of protection products, ensuring their clients are well-covered.

Protection Broker Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice on protection products, including life, critical illness, and income protection.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure ongoing service and renewals.
  • Achieving a monthly banking target of £10k, which is in line with the company's growth and revenue goals.
  • Advising on average policies valued between £60 and £70, ensuring clients receive the best coverage.
  • Working closely with the sales team to maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities, whether office-based or via hybrid working.
The Protection Broker Package
  • Basic Salary up to £30,000 DOE
  • Commission: 20%
  • Additional benefits and career progression opportunities.
Protection Broker Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous experience in a protection advisory role
  • Strong understanding of life, critical illness, and income protection products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Highly motivated, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
