Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Geothermal Installation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers during the execution of the Celsius Energy installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Job Visit: Ensure the work can be performed safely and within the Celsius Energy work practices.
  • Equipment Mobilization: Ensure all necessary equipment is mobilized to the job site for safe and efficient job execution.
  • Service Delivery Execution: Supervise vendors' work execution, witness delivery tests, and support the engineering and project team on various daily activities.
  • Product and Service Reception: Ensure the good reception of product and services, communicate with Supply Chain in case of vendor non-conformities.
  • Job Deliverables: Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Risk Analysis and Continual Improvement: Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
  • Customer Relations: Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services, conduct professional relationships with clients and vendors, and represent the Celsius Energy brand at the worksite.
  • Compliance: Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
  • Service Quality Meetings: Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and vendors, promote improvements on performance using action plans.
  • HSE and Quality Initiatives: Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
  • PPE and HSE Policies: Wear PPE and observe HSE policies, promote the HSE culture at the worksite.
  • Safety Training: Maintain the required safety training.
  • Incident Reporting: Raise operational, quality, and safety concerns to the pertinent functions, participate in incident reporting, investigation, and recovery.
  • Borehole DnI Surveys and Pressure Testing: Perform borehole DnI surveys and/or pressure testing (training will be given).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' work experience in the energy sector, drilling, or construction industry.
  • Education: Technical College degree, (technician) or certification as a mechanic technician are a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with MicroSoft Office products and Microsoft Teams.
