Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to prisoners, conducting inductions, promoting available courses, and offering ongoing advice and guidance. You will also be responsible for recruiting learners for courses, maintaining accurate records of achievement, and collaborating with partner agencies and the prison allocation and activity team.

An Information, Advice, and Guidance qualification is desirable.
You will need to demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize your workload effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals and maintain confidentiality at all times.
